Fire courses from the handheld
Servers can hold course 2 at the table and fire it when the plates clear, without walking back to a terminal.

Holding and firing courses used to happen at the terminal. Now a server can hold the mains when they take the order and fire them from Drayton Go the moment the first plates are cleared.
The kitchen sees held courses greyed out on the screen with the table's name, so the grill can prep without cooking early.
Firing works offline too. If the connection drops, the handheld sends the fire to the kitchen printer directly.
