Privacy policy
What Drayton collects, why, and how you can see, change or delete it. Written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, work email, phone number and the details of your restaurant. When you use Drayton, we process the orders, payments, staff hours and menu data your restaurant creates.
Guests who order online or ask for a receipt by email give us the details they enter. We process that data for your restaurant, on your instructions.
How we use it
We use your data to run the service, process payments, answer support calls and keep the system reliable. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use guest data to advertise to guests.
Card data
Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified service. Drayton never stores full card numbers on its servers or on your devices, including when payments are stored offline.
Who we share it with
We share data with the companies that help us run Drayton, such as hosting and payment providers, and with the integrations you turn on, such as QuickBooks or DoorDash. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you close it, you can export everything as CSV, and we delete the account 90 days later, except records we must keep for tax and payment law.
Your choices
You can see, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Write to privacy@draytonpos.com and a person will answer within 30 days.
