DoorDash

Delivery

DoorDash orders land in Drayton like any other ticket. They print at the right stations, count toward all-day totals and mark themselves ready when the kitchen bumps them, so there is no extra tablet on the counter.

Connect your DoorDash store from Settings, pick which Drayton menu it should use, and set a markup if your delivery prices differ from the dining room.

When an order comes in, it prints on the kitchen rail with the driver's quoted pickup time and shows on the kitchen screen in its own row, so the line treats it like a table.

What syncs

  • Orders and modifiers

  • Menu, prices and 86 list

  • Ready status when the ticket is bumped

  • Payouts in the end of day report

Send us your menu before the call and we load it for you, so the demo shows your tables, your stations and your prices. Twenty minutes, no slides.
